Dr. A. Tuan Nguyen, Anh Tuan Nguyen, Antony Tuan Nguyen, Thomas Nguyen, or some other name he will come up with, is the President of ATN Group or ATN International Group. He makes people think he is a lawyer and a doctor, but he is licensed as neither. This guy was introduced to us by Hanh Duong of Vietpressusa.com.
