Prevent onstar no matter what. Horrible customer support. They kept pressing me again and again again to purchase their hands free telephone moments along with other providers that we didn't need. I'd to inform them REPEATEDLY with developing disappointment that I had been not thinking about purchasing something additional. Then next, they kept requesting my money and charge card amounts to put up document. Obviously I rejected to provide them that info and was frustrated at this time and began shouting and cursing at them. It had been borderline nuisance! Our first-contact together the "welcome phone" did anything-but make me feel welcome. I had been really near to getting the vehicle back towards the seller and requesting my money-back, but I actually do enjoy my new Cruze. I will just purchase another GM car later on easily do not have to cope with Onstar again.

Main point here: DoN't spend your own time or cash with onstar. It isn't actually required! Your cellphones may do anything onstar may do, greater! I understand my Rim truly does!
