They broked two studs and the lug nuts

On May 5 I took my Suzuki Siderick to perform the MD State Insp. They took 2 weels out to check the brakes, and they broke the Studs and the Lug Nuts, but they never told me what happens, instead of that they include it in the report as a need to be fix it. They put 2 of the nuts inside the car, and left one of them lose in the weel. I talk to the manager, but he did not want to fix it.
