NTB ripped me off again

First I bought 4 new tires and they charged me with additional $500 of service maintence for allignment, rotate tire, etc surprising including in the bill. I realized after I paid for it. They told me at the end that I need rear bread pad and rotor. I just worry about the safety and took the car back to do that. They discovery something else that need replace and I have no ideas what it was and tell them to go ahead to do it that cost me total of over $1000. Then a month later I heard noise from breaking and I took it back to check it up at NTB. They told me I need new front break this time and esitimate over $800 with the same hidden cost for break fuel repacement of bout $80 that they just did a month ago for read break service. The service guy lie to me and said I need to take the car back tomorrow since they can't get one part. They make me wait 30 minutes and said part store just call and told me that NTB can fix my call in an hour. I said I have to get back to work and will do it later. Thye guy was really rude and told me and I just take the car in for check up and go somewhere else to get it fix. I took my call back to the dearler and my dealer told me noise comes from break part that is not genuine part from manufacture and nothing wroing with the front break that NTB claims that it need fix. Stay away from NTB if you know nothing about the car.
