Dear domino's,
I am from Trinidad and Tobago and i recently held a gathering with my friends and they wanted pizza. I must commend you on being the only pizza company that delivers up my hill; unfortunately my pizza was an hour and a half late i called at 1:00 and did not get it till 3:00. Not only was it late and cold but the pizza had been crushed when we opened the box. When we called in to complain the manager did nothing but give us 80 TT dollars off on a deal that cost 200TT. I usually have no problem with domino's but this incident and the way it was handled was not up to par. I hope you will rectify the situation as i am sure you would not want just any person carrying on your franchise not to mention tarnishing its name. Thank you
