Put on hold for 30 minutes. There are not enough "representatives to handle month end "busy" time.
One rep. Gave us the WRONG information, saying our reservation did not comply with what we had ordered. SHE WAS WRONG and we were in knots for hours before the matter was settled.
She also cut us off when supposedly transferring the call to a manager.
We had to call again, and again... More than 1 hour of minutes on our cell phone.
