Recently I did business with the East End Eatery In Queensbury NY. The company overcharged me for the food and insisted that I didn't understand banking. The owner, Mary, insisted that she did not charge my card three times... But she did. She wanted to call my bank and review my account... Hmmmm privacy act Mary. I processed a claim with the BBB and finally Mary decided to credit my account. She did in fact credit the first charge as she promised, but the second charge took her until the BBB contacted her. Watch out when you are buying pizza in Queensbury, it can cost you five hundred dollars!
