Fraudulent Charges

I ordered a pizza 4/11/09 for carryout the cost was 12.98 we used our credit card to pay for it my husband went to pickup the pizza. Two days later my husband checks our bank account online and it shows the 12.98 getting taken out but also 100.00 from a pizza hut in Plano and 50.00 from a pizza hut in Richardson which we had never been to. When we called customer service they didn't help us.

My husband closed the card and when he went to the bank to do a charge back they said another pizza hut in Kentucky Louisville had tried charging our card 69.00. Thankfully we got our money back doing a charge back but we will never order pizza from them again. We don't know if a employee stole our credit card number or if there was a problem with there credit card system but it had to be internal. I am upset how no one from there customer service attempted to call us back after they said they would, and they even had us fax them our bank statement.
