Delivery range for Domino's on central in fowntown phoenix - Domino's pizza

They tell us they deliver as far as to Jackson Street in downtown Phoenix but they can't deliver to the south side of the street to where we live. It's a tiny road! I asked if I could walk across the street to meet them but they can't do that. We would order a lot more Domino's if they deliver but we have to resort to Puzza Hut. Not to mention how rude the guy was on the phone which dissuaded us to order pickup. Someone please fix this. We live in a big condo called the Summit which would probably bring in business to your store! Thanks.
