Noisy exhaust

I purchased a brand new 2012 CTS. After I access it it a bit right before it changes things it creates an audio that seems like all of the baffles within the muffler or kitten will drop out. I got it-my seller plus they hear in addition, it. They got another 2012 CTS also it does the same.

I acquired an incident quantity from GM (71-1061884386). They inform me there's nothing they are able to do. I've had 5-6 persons tell me the vehicle seems like it's falling apart after I move onto it. The seller learns, GM is aware of it and certainly will not do something. What do I have to do to obtain some outcomes. I'm not badmouthing the seller, they've completed anything they are able to at the moment.
