Disrespectful Employee

I arrived in at 6:50pm on Friday, April 20 to obtain an oil-change. The very first worker that welcomed me was excellent and pleasant. Our vehicle was taken in the bay area. Our vehicle lay until 7:00pm (that was also final period). The supervisor request somebody to support my automobile. Another worker from the title of Bill arrived to the waiting area were I had been resting and beginning cursing and tossing things around within the reception area. He condemned the bathrooms doorway and was considering me having a really troubling search. I'm really displeased using the conduct of the person who is assume to become supplying customer support in an expert way.
