Fasterjags.com, Brian Welker, Dallas Texas Huge mistake! Thief, Paid for part and didn't recieve anything! Beware of thief

Placed my order for a tefba coolant filter on April 1. Recieved an automated email stating the order was placed. Money was withdrawn from my checking account via credit card number in the amount of $99.00. Waited for another two weeks and still had no filter. Tried getting in contact with Brian Welker. His phone "in" box was full and a messege couldn't be left. Emailed him stating I still didn't have my part and to see if It was shipped?!?!? Never heard a word back from him, until he accidently called me back asking for someone elses name. I told him my name and he quick hung up the phone. I immediately tried calling right back and it went to his voice mail. I have left a total of two to three messege's on his phone and sent two emails. I have not heard anything back nor have I seen a Tefba filter or money credited back to my account. Brian Welker (If thats your real name) is a lying, stealing, cheating piece of garbage.
