We ordered a CDI box for a customers Kenroad Run Master 250cc sport utility vehicle. When we received the envelope in the mail it was never sealed and no CDI box inside. I tried multiple times to contact them by phone only to either have no answer, have to leave a message which never got returned.
I did get someone to answer in sales who also put me on hold! I also emailed them and got no response. The part was only $20.00 but the fact that they wont even answer their phones! Im glad I only got taken for $20.00 I really feel bad for the people that got taken for much, much more. Hope something gets done about these companys that rip us off!!!
