Ripoff racism rude customer service vulgar apparently does not want customers

About 1 1/2 to 2 months ago, I was a potential customer at the Paramus, NJ office. I live in Texas and wanted to rent a car while I was staying in the area. The concierge at my hotel and two other tourists had recommended your company. I have heard of enterprise before and thought that I would give it a try.

I took a cab to the enterprise office in Paramus, NJ. When I walked in there was a female employee and a male employee that looked busy. They were both chatting and looked involved in conversation. Neither had greeted me or asked if I needed help as they continued to chat amongst themselves. I finally said that I just had a few quick questions, the male had left the front and the female said "one minute". Her cell phone was ringing and she started joking with someone on the other line very loudly, using profanity that surprised me.By this time I had literally been inside that office for 15 minutes, so I was getting a little annoyed.

I politely interrupted her on the phone and asked once again if I could just ask her a few quick questions. Maybe I sounded annoyed in my voice when I asked, but she then copped an attitude and said "you're just going to have wait minute". She continued her vulgar phone conversation using various curse words and racial slander, that offended me, about a customer that had just been in before. She was talking so loudly I couldn't help but hear her whole conversation.

Finally she then hung up the phone, and by then I no longer wanted to even use your companies services. She then asked in a very condescending tone "Now what do you need?" I then asked if she accepted debit card to rent a car and she replied with an abrupt "No". (Which I later found out I could use debit) I than asked if I could speak to her manager, she said he was very busy and that she was a training or assistant manager.

Anyway at that point I was so furious that I just left. As I left I thought to myself that I would make a complaint to their Home office or someone who was in charge of that Paramus office.
