Is a ripoff. Didn't sell my vehicle, won't refund the money!

In September I used Vehiclestars to help me sell my vehicle. After no correspondence, I called them to find out that there were "numerous people" interested in my van and that they would be calling me soon. When the three month period ended, I expected to get my money back as advertised. I would have rather them sold the car but now I'm out $500 and still have the clunker! I have received an email saying my refund has been received and is being processed but its now been almost five months and my hopes are gone. I would love to see a class action suit.
