I listed my car on cars.com and was contacted by a rep from this Vehicle Stars. They claimed they could sell my car (quickly) due to their network of advertisers, banks, etc. They backed it all up with a refund policy if the car didn't sell. The car didn't sell and now I have followed all of the refund instructions to claim my refund and I cannot get a response via email or phone.
