I was in the market looking for some rims to purchase. My fiance and I bought a rim book and came across the business known as West Coast Tire and Wheel. I called the Rim shop to inquire and the salemans Carlos told me that it was a special going on and I had to order that day or else I couldn't get the deal. So he told me the cost of the rims I wanted to purchase and I thought that was an excellent deal so I asked him how do I go about purchasing them. He told me that I needed to send by western union half and then call back and place the order. When I receive them by UPS that's when I pay the remaining balance owed. He said after I call back and place the order they will be shipped out that day and I would receive them between one or two business days.

I then asked him about the refund policy if I wasn't satisifed. HE told me that I would receive a full refund if I wasn't satisfied. I said okay. After I got off the phone with Mr. Carlos I contacted Western Union and did a payment by credit card. Then I called back to place the order and Carlos wasn't available he went to lunch. So I called back an hour later and Carlos still wasn't available. I called about a half an hour later and he still wasn't available. Basically at this point I was getting the run around. Everytime I called I would be placed on hold for a long time. Then they would come back and say he wasn't available. I called again and spoke with another guy because he said he would help me since Carols was unavailable.

The guy asked me my name and looked me up in the computer and saw that I had sent the money. HE then proceeded to place the order. After he placed the order he told me my remaining balance and it was totally different from what Carlos told me. I then explained to the man that I spoke with Carlos and he told me that is was a deal going on that day and he would give me the rims for x amount of dollars. The man told he that I couldn't get them for that price and that they were twice the amount. I then said I wanted to speak to Carlos.

HE put me on hold for the longest and then came back and told me that Carlos made a mistake that he gave me the price for SUV wheels and tires. I told how could he have made a mistake since I told him what kind of vehicle I had. He gave me a run down of everything I owed and I told him that it was to much and I didn't want to purchase the rims anymore and that they were being unfair and had bad business. I told him to refund my money. HE said I had to call back on Friday and ask to speak to the manager. I called Friday and spoke with the manager and explained to him what happen. He then told me the amount of my refund was only going ot be 167.00. I told that wasn't fair, if I had known the it was going to cost that much I would have not sent my money Western Union.

I told him that he should honor the price I was quoted over the phone or I should be entitled to a full refund like I was told I would receive. He basically then told me to either finish placing the order or take the refund offered. I then told him that I was going to sue for my refund. I do not recommend anyone doing business with that company. They are extremely rude and unfair.
