Stanley (Kefiya Ouro) Did the exact same thing to me. I have a BMW X5 and he had a grey one same year and model. Ever time I went to get some thing fixed something else would break... He actually offered to take something off his vehicle to put on mine, which then gave me a clue. Later I found that none of the vehicle he claimed belonged to him really belonged to him. He scammed the buyers and filed mechanical liens and abandonement procedures.
