I have dealt with some bad companies in
my times, but VYC Best Used Tires.com is perhaps the biggest chop
shop parts dealer out there. They have a store, website, and eBay
store. They state, and I quote straight from the listing from the
tires I unfortunately purchased, All tires are checked with air
and visually. Every tire is checked with air and visually before
listed for sale, and double checked with air and visually before
packed or shipped. If this is true, it is done by a blind
person who is deaf.

The fact of the matter is that I bought
a set of four tires. I did not know this and had them all installed.
Within four hours one was completely flat. I had a respectable
dealer look at it and show me that the item was defective, there was
a hole in a spot on the edge, a spot that could not be repaired.
