Bike damaged incomplete no customer service

I bought a ford z-fifty clone kit from killer motorsports over per month previously
Package came broken - no keys for key - wrong side cover - bearings fell apart in shipping - no instructions etc.
Tried to call killer motorsports often they do not reply phone - sent them to request components i required and was promised the components but no areas sent or obtained
Bicycle can't be fully assembled - i've no secrets - no side cover that suits - no instructions with no touch in the company howto insert it!
Ostensibly these asian bicycles are crap - purchase a actual ford or yamaha kawasaki etc
I've 200 lbs of bike parts that'll never operate... Study from my error!!
