Killer Motor Sports has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased two UTVs and were told that they would be in a week to 10 days. It actually took a month to get our purchase. After many unreturned calls and messages we had to physically go up to their offices to find out that they never ordered the UTVs as promised.

Once they were in and assembled, we again had to physically show up to retrieve our units because we never got a call. We had our UTV 1, I repeat 1 day before bolts started fall out, the UTV was leaking and the unit wouldn't go in gear. Not to mention the skid plate was cracked upon delivery.

Since we paid $8,000 for each vehicle and there was a 3 month warranty we decided to return the malfunctioning unit the very next day for repairs. Again, there were empty promises, unreturned phone calls & unanswered emails. At this time Killer Motorsports had our money and our vehicle! We went to the BBB website to find numerous complaints.

Doing business with this company is not worth the savings! My husband had to once again go down to the shop to retrieve our vehicle today.

He insisted on seeing the company president and was received with apologies to which my husband told the president that he full well knew what was going on because he had the BBB report in hand. DO NOT do business with this company unless you like to give your money to a company who will never call or communicate with you and will not uphold their promises.
