Wackiest Job Interview ever Irvine

Larry was his name when I spoke with him, the interview which involved two other job seekers was as wacky as a morning radio show, I almost expected there to be drum rolls and sound effects backing his endless jokery I have a strong background in this type of work as an auto painter, and have been around for a while Every time I spoke I was ridiculed, my competency for this position was never discussed,

One of the others a lady was spoken to in a much more civilized manner until it came up why she had applied for both positions (as an hourly employee and to start her own business franchise) and he could not understand why she would do such a thing and ridiculed her for it. While I had the exact same thoughts that she did apparently, that we were applying for a job and were also interested in the business opportunity and wanted to know some specifics such as how much does it cost, his response to that question was how much does it cost to not work a month,

We were hustled out of the office without knowing quite where we stood or what had just happened so he could talk to this really smart ambitious young man whom he really liked and heaped praise upon from the moment they met, it seemed that whatever it is he had it, we were all put in a position where an immediate decision was required whether we wanted to to be fools making 15.00 an hour or 100.00 an hour like the very smart young man who was young enough to have been our son
