Abusive Trainers quietly ripping off there trainees

Hello gentlemen,

I am not going to complain about the pay or home time or there lack of care about there drivers. All true but we can say the same about other companies. I am going to say that they do not screen there trainers. Or at least an honest attempt to do so.

I obtained my CDL during the winter time right before Christmas so I was actually stuck for about 2 weeks after obtaining my CDL at the yard Finally after the first week of January I was assigned a trainer. I flew out to meet my trainer I met him in a truck stop in Georgia. I spent my first weeks with him he did not complete my training. He would scream and yell and was very abusive to me he would often wait till we get on patches of ice or bad weather to let out loud bursts yelling to see if he could make me jump or would say off colored racist sexist and even gay jokes all offensive to me I reported all of this behavior to my driver Councillor she blew it off saying I needed to "man up".
