Dishonest, worthless trainers, sexual harassment, ripoff

I Started with Werner in Sept of 06, seem like a really good company (but do i know i'm a rookie). I went to the two day orientation no problem there, they put me out with a trainer, old male, (no problem) but when i got on his truck i was really wonderin if it was goin to work with him being my trainer, i gave him a shot. He was worthless, and lazy, sit in a truck stop from 7 am saterday to 2200 monday. I knew then i need a new trainer. So i got off his truck on tuesday at the Atlanta terminal.

I got my second trainer but the end of the week. We talked on the phone for a little bit got to know each then. Then i got on his truck, and thats when it all changed, he started askin for sexual things, (try to kiss me while i was drivin, tryin to touch some parts that had no business tryin to touch) and thats when i knew it was time to get off. So i reported to my SMD what was goin on and she got me off the truck that day.

Well then i had a family Emergency, i came home got things straighten out in a few days and I went back, and i got my thrid trainer, he was an awesome guy got along great, then after a while i started noticing bottles of urnine by the drivers door and all over the truck, Can u say NASTY. Also only gettin showers every three for four days, So i reported that to my SDM. Then i came home.

So the point i'm gettin at, is the trainers i had at Werner were nasty lazy sexually harassment guys, i know not all trainers at werner aren't nasty lasy sexually harassment guy, but werner needs to do some more checkin in on the people they let be trainers

Oh and i also found out the other day that my Second Trainer (that sexually harrassed me) is still workin for werner, and still has it trainer position. Has anyone had the same problem as me if so please let me know! Thanks!!
