Ripoff Odometer Fraud Improper Install Substantial Engine Damage Misrepresentation Nationwide

Mechanics made improper aftermarket installations onto the brand new vehicles engine clogging the motors filter pick-up screen with installation silicone. This caused the vehicle to severely overheat and detonate severely damaging the vehicle with only 6,000 miles. The manager would not provide customer with rental vehicle when was instructed by aftermarket manufacture.

Company representatives committed massive FRAUD by installing brand new non-calibrated odometers on this vehicle as well as others committing massive FRAUD on factory leases and factory warranties. Company representatives used pressure of speech tactics/product misrepresentations/and flat out lies to make sales. The store manager violated the 30 day California State law return policy including selling non-compatible products.
