This company adheres to outdated policies from the bad old days of auto and cycle sales. There sales staff and Owner/CEO have a " We are always right and you, the customer, are wrong" attitude

Numerous complaints to their local BBB have either been ignored or answered with the same "we are always right attitude" You can look these up online at Ohio BBB web site.

They refused to refund a deposit after circumstances beyond my control were explained to them.

Would be very careful in completing an interstate transaction with them due to their attitudes and actions.

Offered a low shipping price in their description of this cycle and then would not offer it upon calling them.
