Lied about prices, towing, and being backed by BBB! Still has my car!

Still have to get my car Was told 2 day turn around (been almost 2 weeks), 1297.00 max price, and he would bring the car back. He still has it claiming fuel pump went out, and a break issue just developed. My car was fine before he took it! Slipped occasionally in reverse, no fuel pump issues, no brake issues, nothing! He lied to get money! He leaves people feeling as if they have no choice but to pay! Funny how everyones price jumps up over $1000, and something other than the transmission seems to be wrong as well. He should not be allowed to do this to anyone else! I want my car and my money back!

They aren't towing my vehicle back. Everytime I call to ask if it's ready, I'm told that there is another issue they need to repair. I'm pretty sure the car isn't being fixed and they robbed me of over $3,000 and still have the car. I do not know what can be done. A man named "Joe" answers everyone you get a response. He gives you the run around knowing there's nothing we can do. Funny thing is that I told them I didn't want my vehicle towed to a shop 167 miles away from my home. J was told " we have multiple shops and your vehicle will be repaired 45 minutes away", that I could do. Nope! My car is in Grand Prairie, 167 miles away!
