Wrong product/terrible customer service

I requested an aerial, their site claims they have on-line installation directions plus they do not. Obtained THE WRONG aerial, (incorrect contacts) needed to return the merchandise at my cost, they obtained it yesterday and that I still haven't gotten my reimbursement. Terrible customer support. The only path to get hold of them is by mail as there's no telephone number shown.
