I purchased a car for the second time here. The first time in 2000 was a pleasant experience with a new Acura so I returned. This time I purchased a used vehicle and the experience was horrific! The salesperson was pleasant but the finance department (Scott) lied to me over and over and I did not find out until after I purchased the vehicle.
He offered me an extended warranty and lifetime oil changes for the vehicle (for $2400) and after explaining I live 20 miles away and had a mechanic near my home he told me anytime I brought the car in they would give me a loaner for the day (a brand new Acura) while they worked on the car. Since I worked near the dealership, I agreed due to the convenience.

A week out from buying the car the check engine light comes on and I return the car only to find out that they do not give loaner vehicles to non Acura owners (even though they sold me the vehicle). The service person (Ray) was very unpleasant and could care less what I was told. I ask for the finance manager and he said he would talk to Scott and get back to me and in the meantime put me in a rental car for the day. (Which by the way ended up being billed to me).
He then calls me 2 days later to tell me Scott did tell him he lied to me and that he was sorry. I asked him to cancel the oil changes and the warranty. (I was only a week out from buying the car and the paperwork wasn't even complete) He said it was not able to be canceled.in the meantime the check engine light turns out to be a $400 sensor which turned into a $2000 wiring harness when all was done. (Which I'm sure they knew all about and just reset the engine light)

The service department person (Ray) was very rude each time I went in and very condescending and treated me like I was stupid. This place obviously does not care about repeat business. They scam you up front and then treat you like crap once you buy the car. They know they got you because you have to take the car to them for the warranty to cover anything and you have already paid for the lifetime oil changes so would make sense to use them even though they use cheap oil and oil filters and dont top off any other fluids. I wrote a letter to the owner (Jeff) and he never responded. Just goes to show you can't trust a large dealership any more than any other dealership. Always have the vehicle looked at by another sevice department even though they tell you they have a 110 point vehicle inspection that they do on all vehicles before they sell them to yiu. They obviously missed the points that were broken. Be very warned by this review and all the other bad ones on the internet about this company because they are not honest people.
