Employee Refused Sauce Change On Sandwich Order

I wanted to place an order with Dominos and usually I don't have any problems while placing a order. I asked the lady could I replace a different sauce on a sandwich than the original sauce and the lady told me no. I have ordered the same sandwich several times before and other staff managed to change it with no problem. Her attitude was nasty and when I asked why she couldn't change it she said that she would have to go tell one of the cooks and it's 2 busy to do that. I enjoy Dominos food but I did not enjoy that service. I also asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was no one else I can speak with but I called back ten minutes later and a guy answer thank goodness because her service was not appropriate.
