Charged extornionate amount for a battery 250% mark up!

We took a car we bought in an estate auction to Meineke to assess the work the Chevy Venture van needed. After 5 days of ignoring our requests for an estimate they said it needed a battery before they could look at it to tell what it needed. My husband OKayed the battery install. We received a call to say the car had been at the shop too long and they were going to charge storage fees if we didn't come to pay.in a rush, my husband went on his lunch break, but when we both arrivde that afternoon to pick up the car, we realized we were getting ripped off and asked to return the overpriced battery. The manager, Bruce Morris, said he would look for another job, he couldn't do this to people any more, but couldn't give my money back, even though the car never left the garage, instead he gave me a complaint number to call and said he wouldn't deny overcharging if someone called to verify. I called the complaint ctr who contacted the shop owner Sherry, who refused to resolve and make this right.

I feel so taken advantage off. Who can you have in faith in anymore? No one should bring their cars to Meineke!
