Acces Speedway Performance Sold broken lights and will not give exchanges or refunds

This shady company sold me a set of hid lights but I didn't find out until I got home that one was broken. I took it back to the company and talked to the owner for a replacement, they were going to give me one but then decided not to and told me pretty much tough luck that there is no refunds and that I broke the light or exchanged it for an old one but I explained that it is still in it original package and that there are no signs of wear and tear indicating an old bulb. He still refused.
Now I am down almost a hundred dollars and a broken bulb. Save you money and do not buy from this company.
