Sony DLP bulb Robbery and deception

I was just totally ripped off by this company. This "merchant" sells cheap chinese knockoffs as "OEM replacement parts" and knows they are inferior quality. They are very vague on pricing and will not answer any questions about warranty of the junk they sell. I specifically asked for a Philipps OEM bulb and was given a DLP bulb and assured it was OEM. When I got home, not only was the bulb broken, it was not a philipps bulb. When I called the merchant, they told me "you broke it" and refused to take it back, replace it or offer the purchase price toward a "real Phillips" bulb.
They told me I could "buy another part" but they were not refunding my money. They told me "customers break these all the time" They receipt has "All bulb sales final" in small print... They know they sell CHINESE KNOCKOFFS and should be run out of town.
