Ripoff! Closed and still taking money?

I ordered a grill guard over 3 weeks ago, and haven't heard anything from the company since. They accepted the money with no problems, but decided not to respond to my emails or phone messages.
Apparently the company is closed now due to the "phone number is not in service at this time" message. WTF?
Hopefully, I'll be able to get my money back.
