I have purchased a brand new 2007 F-250 and 2011 F-250 from the same local Ford dealership in Albany, Ga. My truck was damaged by the technicians at the dealership while they were servicing minor issues. The service manager was notified and then the owner got involved.instead of taking responsibility he instead stated the damage was present before-hand. He did not elevate customer service but instead allowed money to motivate his actions. I received a survey after my experience and I was honest about my experience. The owner has stated they will no longer service my truck... If being honest on a survey leads to this reaction. I would like to ask a leader within Ford... Why should I ever buy a Ford again.
