Did not tell me my bike had no oil. And paid more than originally agreed

Cars & Transport

Woked with Daver Doerr. He said the bike is mine for 5100, that the manager justwanted to get rid of it. He then ignored my contacts for a day and said, sorry someone else offered more. Then he said $5700 out the door. Long story short is I ended up paying for a used 2009 Triumph Speed Triple for $5900, which was still a good deal I felt even though it has 30k miles. He charged me $400 for shipping prep I noticed but did not tell me one time that the oil was removed. They rode the bike running up into the company I apid to haul the bike and did not say anything about removing the oil. When I got the bike I was worried because it did not start. The guy the shipped it to me said, don't worry itran great, they rode it up into my truck. So I assumed it had oil. I was wrong, I took it for a ride and blew the engine almost immedietely. I am now paying $4000 to get it fixed. I feel they should have warned me that it had no oil at least a sticker on the key, a note in the paperwork anything. There was obviously a disconnect because they rode it into the truck like that.

Called them, they said 'good luck buddy' So I am moving forward with a lawsuit.
