Ripoff hit my brother twice and knocked him to the ground then kicked him

My brother had a stroke and his second bypass surgery 4 months ago. Americredit told him no problem about the payments and don't worry. They called him last week and asked about him being able to pay $153.00 fee to keep the account from going into default. He agreed, signed the papers and mailed Ostal M.O. To them. Last night, chicken sh* repo idiot came. When my brother came out of the house, the guy never said a word, but hit my brother twice and knocked him to the ground then kicked him. Left with the car. My brother's neighbor found my brother in the bushes beside his driveway at approx. 6am this morning. The neighbors called police and then me.

I immediately drove down from Virginia. Police said, "nothing we can do!" Police said, "it was a repo and my brother interfered"!??? My brother has portable oxygen bottle with him and is using a cane! He never had time to open his mouth before the coward nailed him! So now, Americredit has no idea of who repo'd the car!

I have spoken with 6 people since 8am this morning at americredit and nobody knows the repo people??!! I expect they'll figure it out later today. We are sitting here waiting for the Attorney to get here.
