Now there committing Insurance Fraud! When will somebody stop these theives?

AmeriCredit is now committing insurance fraud! IF this is legal than i want to know how! My car which was repoed on Apr. 29th, illegally i might add! Someone hit my car before this in the right rear fender, which i put in a claim for and Americredit was sent a check for this, now since the repo they have filed 2 more claims for a broken windsheild and damages to the front fender! Now how did this happen, i have no idea! When i went to bed on the night of Apr. 28th, there was no broken windsheild, no damages to the front of the car! Only thing i can figure the man who had to sneak in, in the middle of the night, because there scared a 55 year old woman who has no weapons in the house is going to shot there asses! Yeah, Right! Well, anyhow they have told my insurance company that they have received no check for the damages! Liars! I have the check stub with all the info, claim numbers and a letter from Americredit that they did indeed receive this check! Now who is the liar around here! You AmeriCredit, and i hope you get caught! I don't have the money to proceed with a legal case for the fraudulent repo, but i do have alot of resources to tell my story and if i have to write a million letters til some goverment agency put a stop to you rotten dealings, then so be it! I'm glad i'm not any of you and have to answer to the man upstairs on judgement day! May you all rot in Hell!
