Is a big rip off

My girlfriend rear ended this other car two weeks ago and left a scratch on the bumper cover. Since it was her fault she agreed to pay for the minor damage herself. The owner of the other car told her that she had gotten an estimate from Bill Page Automobile in Laguna Beach for a total of $667. We were not satisfied with the estimate so we arranged to meet at Bill Page Autobile to discuss the estimate.

When we got there, a service person was buy preparing the estimate report for us. He then proceed to explain what was damaged to the car. He said his service people went under the car and saw the damage. For the car to be fixed they would have to replace the IMPACT BAR, ABSORBER, IMPACT BAR GUSSET, COVER GROMMET AND COVER SPACER for a total of $237 for parts and $430 for labor. We were not satified and tool the car to a Honda Dealer for an estimate.

At the Honda dealer the person in charge look at the damage and said the only thing that was needed was a paint job. We then asked him to take off the cover to see if there's anything damaged internally. He did and found nothing else was damaged internally. ALL THE CAR NEED IS A PAINT JOB ON THE BUMPER COVER.

I just want to publish this report to let people in Laguna Beach in California know that BILL PAGE AUTOMOTIVE is a rip off. Do not go there any more. You will get ripped off by them.
