On april 4 th i went to pick up my new toyota siena, i find out that the car was damaged, front bumper dent and deep scratches, and unedr cover engine protector heavly scratcht and holes!!! I was in shok, after negotiation with benny the manager i agree to take one thousand dollars in damages and the dealer will replace the engine under cover protector and fix the the front bumper. After a week i came to pick up my new repaird car. The dealer gave me an invoice showing a newly paint front bumper and a replacement of engine under cover protector! I saw the new paint bumper and was happy, when i got home i looked under the car and i find out that the dealer did not replace the under cover engine protector. Now i cuold not belive it the dealer lying to me i got an invoice stating that the engine plastic cover was replace. I do have pictuers befor and after i pick the car up, and the invoice please see attachments
