This is a shonky business. They are cheap on a service because they don't do the job. For four years I took my car to them. Every time I paid they had a list of mechanical jobs waiting for me.

I kept telling them for four years that there was a "clunk" every morning when I turned the steering wheel hard right. They said there was nothing wrong. I looked myself and found the top nut of the bottom pair on the vertical threaded strut on the anti-roll bar was half way up the threaded part, a whole 60mm above.

Yes, they hadn't even looked. Any idiot could see that when it was on the hoist.

I asked them to rotate the wheels. When I got home and checked, the wheels were in the same position. You only get what you pay for - a cheap service is no service at all!
