Marketplace Group assumed my car loan, but failed to pay the note as contracted for three months and completely failed to pay for one month.

Marketplace Group assumed my car loan on 1 August but failed to pay the note as contracted for three months and completely failed to pay for car insurance as promised. They promised payment would be made by the first, but after the first month it never was.

I was also suppose to get a referal fee for a friend I brought to them but have not gotten that either. The person I have been in contact now will not return my call. I was told they would reimburse me for the payment I have made, but it's been almost three months and they have not. I was told the check was in the mail twice, but that was weeks ago.

They refuse to pay for any of the car notes and car insurance, but refure to return the vehicle or tell me where it is. I have been paying the car note and insurance for three months but do not know where the car is.
