Keep adding uninsured insurance to my contract every 6 months plus late fees

We purchased this 1993 Alfa RV in 1994 and have been paying all these years and my note is getting no closer to the pay off. Why? Because for some reason when my insurance comes up for renewal (every six months) CIT Group adds single interest insurance to my note (about $900) and once my insurance company "resends" them a second and sometimes third proof of insurance CIT Group never takes off the single interest insurance. This cause over due payments for us and they call constantly for the payment to be caught up. CIT GROUP refuses to give us an Amirtization on the note. We owe as much today as we origionally purchased the RV for, 10 years ago. We are tired of their harassment phone calls and total disrespect for our continued payments over the years, so we have told them come repo the RV if they don't like our payments. We are "NOT" sending them another payment as of Nov.@ and we are discontinueing the insurance as of Dec. 1.
