Collector called coworkers after a single late payment

Drive Financial is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They financed my vehicle and at first I was excited about being able to purchase a vehicle, but after being with them for two years without missing a payment, I was late on a payment.

That is when the phone calls began. I had spoken with a representative, explaining that I would be sending my payment in within that week. The next day I was at work and they called me, and I explained to the person that I had already spoken to someone about my payment. The representative told me that I had to have my payment in before the end of the day or they would be placing my account in collections. He asked me if I could borrow the money from someone, and I ended up doing an electronic check over the phone.

Ever since then it has been hell with that company. I explained to them that I cannot have personal calls on my job. They have called and asked my co-workers where we park our cars and what time I come into work. I am currently trying to purchase another car so that I can get out of my agreement with them, because I cannot take the harassment from these rude people. Please do not let a dealer encourage you to finance with this company; you will end up regretting it forever.
