Store clerk overcharged for notary and failed fax

The UPS store representative Ali in fourcorner, silver spring MD is a big thief. He put $2 on the wall for notary but he charged me 10 bucks for 2 pages and other $10 for my fax that did not go throu, m when I asked him, he said "it is the price you have to pay it" I couldn't believe what he said. I went there to ship a letter to my country but I ended up with that.
