Squaw Valley Tram - Squaw Valley Tram Ride

I purchased a voucher for Squaw Valley Tram ride but was unable to use it because there wasn't good snow fall this year and the slopes were very icy. I tried to get a refund from a supervisor named Lauren at ext. 7009 but was flat out refused. There should be some sort of recourse for clients that dissatisfied with their purchase.
