Paul Light's Chrysler Mechanics cost me more than the Engine!

Here is the last email I sent them, with no response:

Sir,

I recently had some problems with my 1989 Jeep Wrangler, and on August 2nd I brought it in to Buckhead Jeep. I had bought a rebuilt engine and it was overheating and I asked "Larry" to help me work with ATK, the company I bought it from, to correct the problem. Evidently it was the heads that needed work.

ATK is now denying my claim saying that Buckhead Jeep didn't do what they were supposed to, that they were supposed to send the heads back, and that they are still waiting for a carbon test. As it is, I let Larry work with ATK and stayed out of it, as I am not a mechanic. I assumed he or the mechanic who performed the work would do as ATK told them to.

Currently the claim is in a deadlock, as ATK is refusing to honor it, saying Buckhead Jeep didn't do as they were supposed to, that you all just repaired the Jeep on your own. Buckhead is saying they did what ATK told them.

As it is, I find myself in a bad situation of being stuck with a large bill for $2094.02, which by the way is $237 more than the engine originally cost.
