False advertising / ripped off

First time buy from wirediagram.com. False advertising and ripped off. Their advertising says they sell "automotive wiring diagrams." that's what i wanted. I paid before i got to see the "wiring diagrams." after paying they say "we don't sell wiring diagrams."
