Bait & Change Guidelines

I bought a solution on Travelocity where I created my chair choices BEFORE I created the non refundable purchase. Today I am educated by American Airlines that these were just chair DEMANDS - these were not real seat assignments. I am compelled to pay for one more $86 for that opportunity of not resting in middle chairs on the 10-hour trip. Despite the fact that I picked my chairs off a seating chart - I am advised these were only demands. I actually donot care whois problem it's, however itis not right.
