Rip-Off

On July 7 we brought a new Nissan Altima from Bill Ray Nissan. After the papers were signed and the drive was driven around for us we notice there was'nt any car mats there. The sale person Dennis said "Oh service is close, but don't worry we'll take care of it." In my view taking care of it means that I don't have to worry about it. Boy was I wrong!!!

On July 9 we talked to Dennis again and he said the mats were in and we could come by to pick them up. I advised Dennis that it was over an 1hr and 15 minute drive to us and why don't he just mail them to us? Boy talk about opening a can of worms. He said that we don't do that. If we wanted that to be done that we would have to pay the shipping for it.

I said that our invoice showed that the 5 piece floor mat comes with the car. (cost was $150.00). We went round and round for about 30 minutes getting no way. So I told him that we would contact his boss.

You know you would think that after spending money on a new car that they would be happy to send us the mats. At most the shipping cost would have been $20.00 for them.

Call Dennis's boss (Dan) and he said if we did this for everyone we would be broke. I told him there was no way that he sent out mats to everyone who brought a new car. Again getting no way, I called his boss Mike Frink.

This guy is the GM of Bill Ray Nissan what a waste of my time. They had their chances to make this customer happy just by saying " We would be happy to send you the mats". Now I will tell everyone about this place and how cheap they are and not to do business with them.
